The DURA-FIX Dual Cartridge Dispensing Gun is designed for smooth, controlled application of DURA-FIX 450ml flexible epoxy wood filler. With a high 12:1 thrust ratio, it delivers thick two-part epoxy consistently with every pull of the trigger. Its durable all-metal construction and pre-metered 2:1 dispensing system provide accurate mixing, reliable curing, and less material waste.

To open gun and load cartridge, push the silver tab near the handle and pull the piston assembly back fully.

How to Use DURA-FIX
01 — Prepare the Surface
Remove paint and all decayed or damaged wood until clean, sound wood is exposed.
02 — Mix & Apply
Dispense and mix DURA-FIX, then apply it with a putty knife. Shape and smooth the material as needed.
03 — Allow to Cure
Allow DURA-FIX to cure for approximately 8 hours.
04 — Sand & Finish
Once cured, sand the repaired area and apply primer, paint, or stain as desired.
